The Monument Movie Club offers a great family outing or an alternative to the student pub-crawl. The Club screens two movies most Saturdays – a family friendly film at 5pm and a second movie at 7.30pm geared towards a more adult audience. The three men were arrested and two saddles were seized to the value of R30 000 and R12 000 respectively outside Makhanda (Grahamstown) last weekend. Positive laboratory results have confirmed Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in cattle in the Vhembe District of Limpopo, the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries said on Tuesday. In a statement, the department said samples were collected during a disease investigation after reports of cattle with lameness were received.
